摘要
概述了神宁炉干煤粉气化技术的主要工艺流程,介绍了神宁炉干粉煤气化技术在气化炉流场模拟分析、燃烧器、水冷壁结构、激冷室结构及操控系统方面的主要技术创新点,分析了神宁炉干粉煤气化技术在神华宁煤400万t/a煤制油项目中的主要运行参数和公用介质单耗,介绍了目前神宁炉干煤粉气化技术的工业推广情况。运行结果表明,神宁炉干煤粉气化技术的各项指标达到了设计要求,公用单耗基本低于设计要求。
The main process flow of SNG dry pulverized coal gasification technology was outlined, introducing the main technological innovations of SNG dry pulverized coal gasification technology in the aspects of gasifier flow field simulation analysis, burner, water wall structure, quench chamber structure and control system. the analysis was made on the main operating parameters and unit consumption of common medium of SNG dry pulverized coal gasification technology in Shenhua Ningmei 4 million t/a coal-to-oil project, and the current industrial application of this technology was introduced. The operation results showed that the indexes of SNG dry pulverized coal gasification technology met the design requirements, with the unit consumption of common medium basically lower than the design requirements.
