摘要
为资源化利用煤化工浓盐水废水,开发了采用“AOP+MVR+UF/NF+双效强制循环蒸发结晶”组合工艺的煤化工浓盐水分质结晶技术,并建立了工业示范装置。介绍了该技术的工艺流程及工程化应用情况,分析了该技术的主要创新点。工业运行结果表明:回收的产水达到循环水补充水水质指标,硫酸钠、氯化钠产品平均纯度分别为99.35%、98.62%,达到工业一级品指标,杂盐含水率≤10%。
For resource utilization of strong brine waste in the coal chemical industry, a strong brine crystallization technology with combined process of AOP+MVR+UF/NF+dual-effect forced circulation evaporation was developed. At the same time, an industrial demonstration unit was set up. The process flow and industrial application of the technology was introduced, analyzing its main innovation points. The production run data showed that the recovered water reached the water quality index of circulating water makeup, and the average purity of sodium sulfate and sodium chloride products was 99.35% and 98.62% respectively, reaching the industrial first grade index, with impure salt moisture≤10%.
