摘要
为提高宁煤煤制油气化厂400万t/a煤炭间接液化项目未变换气中COS的转化率,开发了一种可在高压、高水/气和高CO含量条件下使用的QSJ-04有机硫转化催化剂。介绍了QSJ-04有机硫转化催化剂的性能及在400万t/a煤间接液化项目中的应用情况。工业运行结果表明,QSJ-04有机硫转化催化剂在水气比为0.6~0.7,距露点温度20℃左右,空速大于6000h^-1的条件下使用,COS的转化率均大于85%,活性稳定性好,可满足粉煤加压气化技术工艺对下游有机硫转化催化剂性能的要求。
In order to improve the COS conversion rate of unconverted gas in the 4 million t/a coal indirect liquefaction project of Ningmei Coal-to-Petroleum Chemical Plant, a QSJ-04 organic sulfur conversion catalyst which could be used under high pressure, high water/gas ratio and high CO content was developed. Its performance and application in the conversion unit of the coal-to-liquid project were described. The industrial operation results showed that when QSJ-04 organic sulfur conversion catalyst was used under the conditions of water-gas ratio 0.6-0.7, about 20 ℃ from the dew point temperature and airspeed greater than 6 000 h^-1, the conversion rate of COS was more than 85%, with good activity stability, which could meet the requirements of the pulverized coal pressure gasification process for the performance of downstream organic sulfur conversion catalyst.
