四喷嘴对置式气化炉拱顶加高扩产增效改造实践 被引量:2

摘要 针对兖矿鲁南化工有限公司1#、2#气化炉拱顶耐火砖使用寿命短的问题,进行了原因分析,发现主要为气化炉拱顶长径比过小的设计缺陷所致。通过对气化炉拱顶加高等一系列的技术改造,气化炉的单烧嘴氧流量提高到7000m^3/h以上,系统负荷提升了15%,耐火砖的运行寿命延长到8000h左右,经济及社会效益明显。 In view of the short service life of vault firebricks in Yankuang Lunan Chemical Industry No. 1 and No. 2 gasifiers, the reasons were analyzed. It was found that the main reason was the design defect of the small length diameter ratio of the gasifier vault. Through a series of technical renovation, including heightening the gasifier vault, the oxygen flow rate of the single burner of the gasifier had increased to over 7 000 m^3/h, and the system load had been increased by 15%, and the operating life of the firebricks had been extended to around 8 000 h. The economic and social benefits were quite obvious.
