摘要
为探索煤质分析与煤粉粒度之间的变化规律,选取鄂尔多斯盆地东北缘8+9号不同粒径的无烟煤为原料进行煤质分析,并对煤质分析各项指标的变化情况进行了原因分析。结果表明:随煤样粒径的减小,Mad、Vad、C元素、H元素和N元素含量逐渐增大,Aad和S元素含量逐渐降低。主要原因是煤粉粒径变细过程中,细粉相对粗粉增大了比表面积并改变了物理结构,对煤粉的着火、燃烧稳定性、燃烬性等都有积极的影响。
In order to explore the change rule between coal quality analysis and particle size of coal powder, 8+9#anthracite with different particle sizes in the northeastern edge of Ordos Basin was selected as raw material for coal quality analysis, and the reasons for the change of various indexes of coal quality analysis were studied. The results showed that the content of Mad, Vad, C, H and N increased gradually with the decrease of coal particle size, but the content of Aad and S decreased gradually. The main reason was that, with the particle size decrease, the specific surface area of fine pulverized coal was increased and the physical structure was changed relative to the rough pulverized coal, which had a positive impact on the ignition, combustion stability and burnout of pulverized coal.
