羟乙基淀粉联合阿托伐他汀治疗分水岭脑梗死的效果

Effect of hydroxyethyl starch combined with atorvastatin on watershed cerebral infarction

目的探讨羟乙基淀粉联合阿托伐他汀治疗分水岭脑梗死的临床疗效。 方法回顾我院2017年7月~2018年9月收治的66例分水岭脑梗死患者的临床资料,根据随机数字表法将66例患者分为对照组与治疗组,每组33例。对照组用阿托伐他汀治疗,治疗组用羟乙基淀粉联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对比两组神经功能缺损程度、临床观察指标(血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、同型半胱氨酸水平、脑血流量)、治疗总有效率。结果治疗组的神经功能缺损程度较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、同型半胱氨酸水平比较,治疗组明显低于对照组,脑血流量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗总有效率比较,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论羟乙基淀粉联合阿托伐他汀治疗分水岭脑梗死患者,不仅可改善临床指标水平、缓解神经功能缺损程度,且可提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of hydroxyethyl starch combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of watershed cerebral infarction. Methods Review the data of 66 patients with watershed cerebral infarction admitted from July 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital.66 patients were randomly divided to control group and treatment group with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,while the treatment group was treated with hydroxyethyl starch and atorvastatin.The degree of neurological deficits and clinical observations (plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,homocysteine level,cerebral blood flow) were compared between the two groups. Results The degree of neurological deficit was lower in the treatment group than in the control group ( P<0.05).Plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,and homocysteine levels were lower in the treatment group than in the control group,and cerebral blood flow was higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05);The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the treatment group was higher than the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of hydroxyethyl starch combined with atorvastatinof patients with watershed cerebral infarction can not only improve the level of clinical guanidine index,relieve the degree of neurological deficient,but also improve the total effective rate of treatment,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
