中药熨烫法治疗重症患者胃肠功能障碍的临床研究

Study on treatment of severe gastrointestinal dysfunction by traditional Chinese medicine ironing

目的探讨中药熨烫法对重症患者胃肠功能障碍的临床作用。方法选择2015年6月~2017年6月梧州市中医医院重症监护病房(ICU)收治的60例重症患者,按随机数字表法分为中药熨烫法治疗组和西药对照组,每组30例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗上联合中药熨烫法。观察两组患者急性生理与慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分、胃肠功能障碍评分和炎症反应指标(CRP)、乳酸及乳酸清除率等结果变化。结果治疗后,两组患者的APACHEⅡ评分、胃肠功能障碍评分均有改善,且治疗组改善明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的炎症反应指标(CRP)、乳酸及乳酸清除率较对照组下降更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熨烫法能明显改善重症患者胃肠功能障碍,减轻机体炎症反应,改善患者预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) ironing on gastrointestinal dysfunction in severe patients. Methods 60 cases of severe patients admitted to intensive care unit (ICU) from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected.According to the random number expression method,they were divided into the TCM ironing treatment group and the western medicine control group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group given conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group in the conventional western medicine treatment of combined Chinese medicine ironing method,observe two groups of patients with acute physiology and chronic health evaluation system Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ) a grade,gastrointestinal dysfunction and inflammatory response index (CRP),lactic acid and lactate clearance rate results. Results After treatment,two groups of patients with APACHE Ⅱ score,score has improved gastrointestinal dysfunction,and improve the treatment group was obviously better than the control group,difference has statistical significance( P <0.05);The inflammatory response indicators (CRP),lactic acid and lactate clearance rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion TCM ironing can significantly improve gastrointestinal dysfunction,reduce inflammation and improve prognosis in severe patients.
