护理专案改善在癌痛患者自我管理中的应用研究

Application of nursing project improvement in self-management of Patients with Cancer Pain

目的提高癌痛患者的自我管理能力。方法对2017年1~12月在我院治疗的癌痛患者采用护理专案改善方法,分析癌痛患者自我管理能力的影响因素,制定健康教育、疼痛干预和延续护理方案,比较110例癌痛患者方案实施前后的治疗依从性、疼痛评分、自我管理能力。结果干预后,患者的治疗依从性评分明显提高(T=32.163,P<0.05),自我管理能力总得分明显提高(T=22.621,P<0.05),疼痛评分降低(T=-36.316,P<0.05)。结论实施护理专案改善可提高癌痛患者的治疗依从性,有效缓解患者疼痛,提升患者自我管理能力。

Objective To improve the self-management ability of cancer pain patients. Methods For patients with cancer pain treated in our hospital from January to December 2017,nursing project was used to analyze the influencing factors self-management ability of cancer pain patients,and health education,pain intervention and continuous nursing program,were formulated to compare 110 cancer pain patients before and after the implementation of the program. Results After the intervention,the patients' treatment compliance score was improved ( P<0.05).The total score of self-management ability was significantly improved ( P <0.05).Decreased pain score ( P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing project can improve the treatment compliance of cancer pain patients,effectively alleviate the pain of patients,improve the patients' self-management ability.
