优化流程管理在院内救治急性心肌梗死患者的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨优化流程管理在院内救治急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者的应用价值。方法选取2017年11月~2018年1月我院实施优化流程管理后顺利完成治疗的78例急性心肌梗死患者作为观察组,选取2016年12月~2017年5月进行优化流程管理前的78例患者作为对照组,对比优化流程管理前后的临床应用效果。结果优化流程管理后的观察组患者在确诊时间、球囊扩张(D-to-B)时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,住院满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化流程管理可明显缩短AMI抢救时间,提高抢救成功率;强化了护理人员的沟通、AMI诊断和心理护理技能,提高多部门协作的工作效率,为今后更加快速、高效救治AMI患者提供了新思路。 Objective To explore the value of optimizing process management in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Eighty patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent optimal process management from November 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled as the observation group.78 patients before the optimization process management from December 2016 to May 2017 were selected as control group,compare the clinical effects of the application before and after optimization process management. Results After optimization of process management,the patients in the observation group were shorter than the control group at the time of diagnosis,D-to-B time,and hospitalization time,the postoperative complication rate was lower than that of the control group and the postoperative hospitalization satisfaction was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion Optimized process management can significantly shorten AMI rescue time and improve rescue success rate;strengthen nursing staff communication,AMI diagnosis and psychological nursing skills,improve the efficiency of multi-sector collaboration,and provide a new idea for for more rapid and effective treatment of AMI patients in the future.
