摘要
微波器件中的波导类、喇叭类产品由于其严格的电气性能要求和复杂的腔体结构一般采用铝合金或铜合金钎焊、机加工成型,工艺复杂、结构重量大、焊接强度低、材料热胀系数大等缺点。而碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)由于具有高比强度、低热膨系数、高热稳定性、可一体化成型等优点,根据微波器件轻量化的实际需求,进行了碳纤维微波器件成型工艺的研究,掌握碳纤维微波器件结构设计及结构优化方法,为产品的应用提供参考。
In microwave devices,waveguide and horn products are usually brazed and machined with aluminum or copper alloys due to their strict electrical performance requirements and complex cavity structure.They have many shortcomings,such as complex technology,large structure weight,low welding strength and large thermal expansion coefficient of materials.However,carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites have the advantages of high specific strength,thermal expansion coefficient,high thermal stability,and can be integrated forming.According to the actual demand of lightweight microwave devices,we have studied the forming technology of carbon fiber microwave devices,mastered the structure design and optimization method of carbon fiber microwave devices,and provided reference for the application of products.
