负载铜钨酸铋的制备及其光催化性能 被引量:1

摘要 利用两步水热法制备了可见光响应的Cu/Bi2WO6光催化剂,通过X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、紫外-可见漫反射光谱和光致发光光谱等对样品进行表征。在可见光照射下光催化分解罗丹明B(RhB),对Cu/Bi2WO6复合材料的光催化性能进行了评价。实验结果表明,Cu^2+被乙二醇还原为Cu单质并负载在花球状钨酸铋表面。与纯Bi2WO6相比,Cu/Bi2WO6的可见光吸收更强,光生载流子利用率更高。Cu的负载量为1.0%时,Cu/Bi2WO6复合材料的光催化活性最高,在可见光照射100 min后对RhB的降解率达到90%。 Cu/Bi2WO6 photocatalyst with visible light driven performance was prepared by two-steps hydrothermal method. The properties of samples were characterized by X ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy techniques. The photocatalytic performance of Cu/Bi2WO6 composites was evaluated by photocatalytic decomposition of RhB under visible light irradiation. The results showed that Cu^2+ was reduced to Cu by ethylene glycol and loaded on the surface of spheroidal bismuth tungstate. Compared with pure Bi2WO6, Cu/Bi2WO6 has enhanced absorption ability to visible light absorption and higher utilization efficiency to photo-generated carrier. When the loaded content of Cu was 1.0%, the photocatalytic activity of Cu/Bi2WO6 composite was the best, and the degradation rate of RhB reached 90% after 100 min irradiation by visible light.
