磁性碳气凝胶的制备及其吸附性能 被引量:3

摘要 通过溶胶-凝胶法制备湿凝胶,采用冷冻干燥及氮气气氛碳化相结合的方式,制备出磁性碳气凝胶复合材料。研究了磁性粒子Fe3O4掺杂量对复合气凝胶比表面积、孔结构及微观结构的影响,探讨了磁性碳气凝胶对模拟污染物罗丹明B的吸附性能。结果表明,制备的磁性碳复合气凝胶比表面积537~624 m^2/g,孔容积1.2~1.5 cm^3/g,呈现介孔网络结构;磁性碳气凝胶对水中有机污染物具有良好的吸附效果和循环使用性能,去除率可达98%,且在外加磁场的作用下便于回收利用。 The magnetic carbon composite aerogels were prepared by sol-gel method, followed by freeze drying and carbonization in N2 atmosphere. The effects of magnetic Fe3O4 content on the specific surface area, pore volume and adsorption properties of the composite aerogels were investigated. The results show that the prepared magnetic composite aerogels exhibit mesoporous structure with specific surface area of 537-624 m^2/g and pore volume of 1.2-1.5 cm^3/g. The magnetic composite aerogels have good adsorption and recycling performance for RhB in water with the removal rate of 98% in the fourth cycle. The magnetic carbon aerogels can be easily recycled in external magnetic field.
