摘要
针对环己酮装置扩能改造后皂化单元出现皂化反应不完全的问题,提出了在皂化反应器内增加环形分布器的技术改造方案。采用数值模拟试验研究了改变皂化反应器进料方式对皂化反应效果的影响。试验结果表明:采用环形分布进料方式后,参加反应的物料混合充分,皂化反应完全,解决了皂化反应物料停留时间短,影响产品质量和消耗的问题。
For the incomplete saponification reaction issue occurred in the saponification unit after revamp of the cyclohexanone plant,the technical revamp proposal to add the ring distributor in the saponification reactor is presented. Numerical simulation test is conducted to study the impact of changing the feed method for the saponification reactor on the saponification reaction effect. The test results show that,by using the ring distribution feeding method,the reactants are sufficiently mixed,the saponification reaction is complete,which has solved the problems of short residence time of saponification reactants,which affects the product quality and consumption.
