培养高水平的应用型统计人才是时代和社会发展对统计教育的要求。从人才培养模式、人才培养机制、课程体系和实践教学等几个维度研究高校-政府部门-企业(U-G-E)协同培养应用型统计人才的实践,探讨U-G-E协同培养的主要内容,包括应用型统计人才U-G-E协同培养模式、搭建U-G-E合作交流平台、协同组建高水平教学团队、优化专业人才培养方案、分模块分系列进行课程建设、构建全方位实践教学体系等。

With the development of the times and society,training high-level application-oriented statistical talents is the requirement for statistical education.This paper interprets the importance of collaborative training by university-government department-enterprise(U-G-E),discusses the main contents of collaborative training,which include researching and practicing cooperatively training mode for applied statistics talents by U-G-E,building U-G-E cooperation and exchange platform,forming a high-level teaching team,optimizing the training program of the statistics major,developing the curriculums according to the modules and series,and constructing a full range of practical teaching system and so on.
