构建地方院校应用型创新人才培养团队的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Constructing the Training Team of Applied Innovative Talents in Local Undergraduate Colleges

在地方院校向应用型转变的教育改革背景下,以构建生物学类专业本科生应用型创新人才培养团队为例,从树立团队理念、组建团队、团队制度保障、团队项目的开展实施以及团队取得的成果几个方面进行了探索和实践,以期为同类地方院校的应用型创新人才的培养提供参考。

Under the background of the transformation from local undergraduate colleges to application-oriented education,this paper took the construction of applied innovative talents training team of biology undergraduates as an example.A new exploration and practice was made from the following aspects by the authors,such as establishing the team concept,building team,guaranteeing team system,,implementing team projects and achieving results,which can provide reference for other local undergraduate colleges.
