水钢2500m^3高炉慢风生产转全风恢复实践

摘要 首钢水钢2500m^3高炉在2015年2月由于因炼钢同步检修影响,高炉被迫堵风口限产。2月13日夜班限产结束后,高炉在恢复全风口生产的过程中发生炉况波动。于2月14日中班恢复全风。本文主要是对高炉限产转全风生产过程进行总结。 In February in 2015, because of the synchronous overhaul of steelmaking equipment, the 2500 m3 blast furnace in Shuigang of Shougang was forced to decrease output by using tuyere-blocking. In the night shift on February 13, after the output restriction of the blast furnace was over, the blast furnace condition fluctuated during the process of resuming full tuyere production. Finally, In the middle shift on February 14, the blast furnace resumed full blowing production. The production process from output restriction to full blowing was summarized in this article.
