Trial Production and Application of 25MnV Used for Round-Link Chain

本文主要从圆环链用钢25MnV的开发试验的目的和意义入手,介绍了圆环链用钢25MnV的特点和用途,从而提出圆环链用钢25MnV的成分设计、冶炼过程要求、控轧控冷参数设计,并按设计的工艺路线组织试验和生产,所生产的产品经交叉热处理后,得到不同性能指标的产品,为该成分、该工艺参数、该工艺路线条件下生产的产品提供了热处理工艺温度参数。

In the light of purposes and significance of development and trial production of 25MnV used for round-link chain, characters and use of 25MnV are introduced. Composition, steelmaking process, rolling control and cooling control of 25MnV are designed. 25MnV is trial-produced according to designed processes. After 25MnV is heat-treated with different ways, 25MnV product with different properties is available. Technological parameters of heat treatment of this kind of 25MnV are obtained.
