截拳道与警务实战搏击课程结合浅析

目前,公安院校实战搏击课程的主要教学内容有基本的拳法腿法摔法、擒拿术、散打、拳击、跆拳道等。截拳道作为中华武术近现代发展的一个分支,以其能够集合气道、西洋拳术、击剑、泰拳等国外搏击之长,并在实战中快速取胜而著称,这与公安院校警务实战的目标相契合。本文采用文献资料法、实地考察法、归纳演绎法等研究方法,从优化警务实战搏击课程教学方式的角度,将其引入现行的警务实战课程中。

As a modern development of Chinese martial arts,JeetKune Do is famous for its ability to gather air channels,Western boxing,fencing,Muay Thai and other foreign combat skills and win fast in actual combat,which fits the objective of policing actual combat in public security colleges.This paper used literature review,field study,deductive deduction and other research methods to discuss the viewpoint of optimizing the teaching methods of policing combat practice.
