摘要
目的:探讨目视化台卡式健康宣教方式在临床留取化验标本中的应用效果。方法:选取呼吸内科2018年4月—2018年6月90例患者,随机分为对照组47例,观察组43例。对照组在标本留取的护理教育中采用传统口头健康宣教方式,观察组在常规健康宣教的基础上采用目视化台卡式健康教育卡的方式。比较两组患者标本留取漏检率、患者自留标本的合格率及患者的整体满意度。结果:观察组患者自留标本的漏检率低于对照组,标本留取的合格率及患者满意度均高于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:目视化健康宣教方式在临床留取化验检查标本的应用,有利于降低患者自留标本的漏检率,提高患者自留标本的合格率和患者的整体满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of visual health education in clinical specimen retention.Methods:A total of 90 patients in the department of respiratory medicine from April to June 2018 were selected as study objects,47 patients in the control group and 43 patients in the observation group.Routine health education was adopted in the nursing education collected from specimens in the control group,and visual health education card was adopted in the experimental group on the basis of routine health education.The rate of missed sample collection,the rate of qualified sample retention and the overall satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The leakage rate of the self-retained specimens in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the qualified rate and patient satisfaction of the specimen were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences.Conclusion:The application of visual health education in clinical retention test specimens is conducive to reducing the rate of missed detection of patients'self-kept specimens and improving the qualified rate of patients'self-kept specimens,so as to improve the positive rate of patients'self-kept specimens,contribute to clinical diagnosis and treatment,and improve patients'satisfaction.
