全过程系统追踪法在手术室感染防控中的应用研究

Application research of whole process system tracking method in prevention and control of infection in operating room

目的:探讨全过程系统追踪法在手术室感染防控中的应用效果。方法:将2016年6月—2018年11月收治的80例手术患者按随机数字表法均分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受手术室常规管理,观察组接受全过程系统追踪法管理。对比干预后两组的各观察指标。结果:观察组感染率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组空气质量、污染物处置、手术部位卫生、物品表面的合格率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:全过程系统追踪法应用于手术室感染防控,可保证手术环境安全,降低感染率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of the whole process system tracking method in the prevention and control of infection in operating rooms.Methods:Eighty surgical patients admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)were respectively managed by the operating room routine management and the whole process system tracking method,and the observation indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The probability of infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The air quality,the disposal of pollutants,the hygiene of the surgical site and material surface of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole process system tracking method is applied to the prevention and control of infection in the operating room,which has an active and reliable surgical safety environment and reduces the infection rate.
