“健康素养”培育体系的三维构建:元认知视角 被引量:1

摘要 从元认知视角对健康素养进行构建,提出健康元素养概念。健康元素养由健康元知识、健康元技能、健康元体验三要素构成。健康元知识指个体对于影响健康过程和健康结果诸因素的认知;健康元技能即主体对健康认知活动进行调节的技巧和能力;健康元体验是指个体对自我健康状态和有关健康活动的意识和感受。健康元素养为健康素养培育体系提供了三维构建路径,健康元素养是健康素养不可或缺的心理学内涵,是提升全民健康素养过程中必须重视的内容建设。在健康素养培育体系中,个体层面的健康元素养的培育、完善与提升,是当下重要课题。 This paper discusses health literacy from the perspective of meta-cognition and puts forward the concept of health meta-literacy. Health meta-literacy consists of health meta-knowledge, health meta-skill and health meta-experience. Health meta-knowledge refers to individual's cognition of factors affecting health pursuing process and health outcome. Health meta-skill is the skill and ability of individual to regulate health cognitive activities. Health meta-experience refers to the individual's awareness and feelings of their own health states and related health activities. Health meta-literacy provides a three-dimensional construction path for the health literacy cultivation system. Health meta-literacy is an indispensable psychological connotation of health literacy and must be paid attention to in the process of improving the health literacy of the whole people. In the health literacy cultivation system, the cultivation and improvement of individual health literacy are the important tasks.
