摘要
了解湖北省三甲医院医生职业倦怠干预开展情况,为临床医生心理干预的实证研究提供依据。在湖北省4所三甲医院按照科室随机抽取有执业医师执照并且有1年以上从业经验的临床医生250名,采用自编医生职业倦怠干预情况调查表为调查工具进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷160份,并对开放式问题绘制热词云图。湖北省三甲医院有80.6%的医生有倦怠状况,54.4%没有接受过任何倦怠干预全靠自己调节,95.6%的医生对专业心理干预的需求迫切,82.6%的医生认为经历医疗纠纷对职业倦怠有影响且加重了倦怠感。湖北省三甲医院医生倦怠状况比较严重,医院对医生的倦怠干预手段较欠缺,医生对专业心理干预的需求迫切,医疗纠纷对医生倦怠影响较大。最后提出了相关部门急需开展医生倦怠干预管理等建议。
This study aims to understand the status of physicians' career burnout intervention in Third-A-Grade hospital of Hubei province, and to provide the basis for the empirical study of physicians' psychological intervention. A total of 250 physicians with license and one-year clinical experience were randomly selected from four Third-A-Grade hospitals in Hubei province. A self-designed questionnaire on the intervention of physicians' career burnout was used in the survey. 160 valid questionnaires were collected and hot words were drawn from the open questions. In Hubei province, 80.6% of physicians in Third-A-Grade hospitals had burnout, 54.4% of physicians had not received any intervention and rely on their own adjustments, 95.6% of physicians had an urgent need for professional psychological intervention, and 82.6% of physicians believed that experiencing medical disputes had impacts on career burnout and aggravated the sense of burnout. The burnout of physicians in Third-A-Grade hospitals in Hubei province was relatively serious, and the hospitals were short of burnout intervention for physicians. In conclusion, physicians in Hubei province had an urgent demand for professional psychological intervention, and medical disputes had a great impact on the burnout of physicians. Finally, it put forward some suggestions on the management of physician burnout intervention.
