摘要 以改性树脂所制漆膜的热失重率为评价标准,采用正交试验对E-44环氧改性有机硅树脂进行研究。研究发现,在苯基∶甲基为0.3∶1、有机硅预聚体∶E-44环氧树脂为1∶1、催化剂用量为1%、固化剂用量为10%的条件下制成的环氧改性有机硅树脂漆膜耐高温性能良好,热失重率仅为12.73%,漆膜的其他性能均符合国家标准。 The E-44 epoxy modified silicone resin was studied by orthogonal test with the thermal weight loss rate of the paint film made by modified resin.The study found that the epoxy prepared in the phenyl∶ methyl group is 0.3∶ 1,the silicone prepolymer∶ E-44 epoxy resin is 1∶ 1,the catalyst is used in an amount of 1%,and the curing agent is used in an amount of 10%.The paint film made of modified silicone resin has good high temperature resistance and the weight loss rate is only 12.73%.The other properties of the paint film are in line with national standards.
