Objective To investigate the effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin on coagulation function and inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI. Methods From January to December 2018,62 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were divided into control group(n=28) and experimental group(n=34)according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with clopidogrel after PCI,while the experimental group was treated with clopidogrel combined with aspirin. The incidence of coagulation function, inflammatory factors and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment,APTT and PT in both groups were significantly greater than before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment,APTT and PT in the experimental group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in inflammatory indicators IL-6 and MPO between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-6 and MPO in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.71% in the control group and 14.71% in the experimental group, with no significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin can effectively improve the coagulation function of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and has the value of clinical application.
