缬沙坦结合益肾化湿颗粒对慢性肾小球肾炎患者尿蛋白及肾功能的影响

Effect of Valsartan combined with Yishen huashi granule on urinary protein and renal function in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis

目的探讨缬沙坦结合益肾化湿颗粒对慢性肾小球肾炎患者尿蛋白及肾功能的影响。方法选择2017年1月-2018年12月在我院接受治疗的慢性肾小球肾炎患者58例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=29)和常规组(n=29)。常规组应用缬沙坦治疗,试验组在此基础上加用益肾化湿颗粒治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率93.1%,显著高于常规组的69.0%(P<0.05)。治疗前2组尿蛋白、血肌酐、血尿素氮水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组尿蛋白、血肌酐、血尿素氮水平均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对慢性肾小球肾炎患者应用益肾化湿颗粒联合缬沙坦治疗效果显著,能够有效改善肾功能和尿蛋白水平,并且不良反应较少,具有推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effects of valsartan combined with Yishen huashi granule on urinary protein and renal function in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 58 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were selected,all patients were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,they were divided into experimental group(n=29)and conventional group(n=29)according to random number table. The routine group was treated with valsartan,while the experimental group was treated with Yishen huashi granule,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was93.1%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group 69.0%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of urinary protein,creatinine and urea nitrogen between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of urinary protein,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Yishen huashi granule combined with valsartan is effective in treating chronic glomerulonephritis,it can significantly improve renal function and urinary protein level,and has less adverse reactions,so it has high popularization value.
