Evaluation of Three Typical Chiller Operation Strategies

摘要 冷水机组的运行能耗约占整个空调系统能耗的30%~40%,冷水机组运行策略的优劣对建筑节能管理有很重要的作用。为了更好地了解目前冷水机组的运行现状并指导冷水机组的运行策略制定,研究者对上海市建筑进行实地调研,通过调研结果整理出三种常见冷水机组运行策略。并以上海某办公建筑的制冷系统为例,在TRNSYS上建立制冷系统基准模型,对三种常见运行策略的能耗、冷冻水供水温度、机组运行时间均匀性进行评估。研究结果表明,优化排期策略能耗最高,但供水温度能控制在较低水平,舒适性较好,且机组运行时间方差较小;依据冷负荷控制的运行策略能耗居中,但平均供水温度和机组运行时间方差较大,不利于舒适性和机组整体寿命;COP优化运行的能耗最低,平均供水温度居中,机组运行时间方差较大。 Energy consumption of chiller is highly correlated to the operation strategy.In order to enhance the efficiency of HVAC system,chiller operation is important.Based on on-site surveys,three typical chiller operation strategies are concluded.The cooling system model of a commercial building is set up on TRNSYS to simulate and evaluate the performance of the typical strategies.The simulation results indicate that optimized scheduling strategy has advantages on guaranteeing indoor comfort and balancing the operation time of each chiller,while COP optimization strategy performs better on saving energy.
