Ecological City Planning Based on Green Transportation Concept

随着环境问题越来越严重,各城市已经认识到建设生态绿色城市的重要性。对生态城市内涵和绿色交通本质进行深度分析后,总结出绿色交通理念与生态城市建设的关系:生态城市建设和绿色交通理念相互促进发展。在借鉴国内外生态城市规划建设成功经验的基础上,以天津市智慧海港城生态建设为例,将绿色交通的理念应用于智慧海港城的规划实践中,详细分析了智慧海港城的道路网规划、公共交通系统规划及停车场地规划,并提出实施方案,在生态城市规划层面充分体现了绿色交通理念。

As environmental issues are being more serious,building ecological green cities are crucial.By analyzing the essence of ecologicalcity and the nature of green transportation,the relationship between the concept of green transportation and the construction of ecological city is concluded-they are mutual beneficial.Based on the successful experience of ecological city at home and abroad,Tianjin Wisdom Harbor City applies the concept to the green traffic planning of ecological city,its planning strategy and implementation plan of road networks,public transportation and parking lot in ecological city are expounded,the concept of green transportation can be carried into practice on the planning level.
