一种太阳能热水器真空集热管爆裂阻水装置设计

摘要 太阳能热水器因其节能、环保的特点得到了广泛的使用。针对单根或多根真空玻璃集热管爆裂时,影响太阳能热水器整体系统不能正常工作的问题,设计了防太阳能热水器漏水的阻水构件——机械式弹跳装置。该装置能够在太阳能热水器真空集热管爆裂时及时阻止保温箱中的水持续外流,保证了未破损真空玻璃管的正常工作;在保温箱储水的情况下,可方便、快捷地更换真空玻璃集热管。该装置在集热管爆裂时,保证了使用者的正常生活需求;同时,减少了水资源浪费,防止了漏水对房屋结构的危害,节约了用户的生活成本;从整体上提高了使用者的用户体验。 Solar water heaters are widely used for their and environmental protection features.Aiming at the problem that the whole solar water heater can’t work properly when one or more vacuum glass collector pipes burst,a mechanical spring device is designed to prevent water leakage of solar water heater.The device can prevent the continuous outflow of water in the incubator when the vacuum collector pipe of solar water heater bursts,thus ensuring the normal operation of the undamaged glass tube.The vacuum glass collector pipe can be replaced easily and quickly in the case of water storage in the incubator.The device guarantees the user’s normal life demand when the collector pipe bursts.At the same time,it reduces the waste of water resources,prevents the damage of water leakage to the building structure,and saves the cost of living of users,improves users’experience overall.
