基于智慧建造的工程施工成本精益控制研究 被引量:5

摘要 以建筑业面临的施工阶段成本控制问题和发展瓶颈为切入点,引入了智慧建造理念,并构建智慧建造运行体系;通过文献分析梳理筛选出影响施工成本的24个核心因素,采用主成分分析法剔除2个低关联度因子,并提取了管理、技术、合同、风险和外部环境5个公共因素;基于DEMATEL分析模型从定量角度厘清各因素间的关系及重要度,并确定出关键因素;从中心度、原因度与结果度三个维度融合智慧建造理念提出施工成本管控的对策建议,为智慧建造理念下的施工成本精益控制提供了新的思路和借鉴。 Starting from the cost control issue and development bottleneck faced by the construction industry,the idea of smart construction is introduced,the operation system of smart construction is established.Through literature analysis and sorting,24 core factors influencing construction cost are screened out,two low correlation factors are eliminated by principal component analysis,and five public factors including management,technology,contract,risk and external environment are extracted.Based on DEMATEL method,the relationship and importance of each factor are clarified quantitatively,and the key factors are determined.From three dimensions of centrality,causality and result,the paper proposes the decision-making suggestions of construction cost control,and provides a new idea and referencefor the fine management of construction cost under the concept of smart construction.
