HPLC特征图谱法比较去节麻黄与麻黄节的差异

Comparison of the differences between "Herba Ephedrae be Removed joints" and "Ephedrae joints" by HPLC characteristic map

目的采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法比较“去节麻黄”和“麻黄节”的差别,为经典名方中麻黄“去节”的炮制提供依据。方法基于二者的含量测定结果的差异,分别建立15批去节麻黄和麻黄节的高效液相色谱特征图谱,并采用聚类分析法(CA)和主成分分析法(PCA)对两种炮制品进行分析。结果在特征图谱的结果中去节麻黄被标记出6个共有峰,麻黄节样品被标记出10个共有峰。聚类分析结果中将两种炮制品分为2类,主成分分析结果显示,去节麻黄筛选出累计贡献率达到85.634%的3个因子,麻黄节筛选出累计贡献率达到83.976%的4个主成分。结论高效液相色谱特征图谱、主成分分析、聚类分析结果显示“去节麻黄”与“麻黄节”有明显的差异,证明麻黄“去节”有炮制的必要。

Objective To compare the difference between"Herba Ephedrae be Removed joints"and"Ephedrae joints"by HPLC method,and to provide a basis for the processing of the classic formula"Herba Ephedrae be Removed joints".Methods Based on the difference of the content determination results of the two,the HPLC profiles of 15 batches of"Herba Ephedrae be Removed joints"and"Ephedrae joints"were established respectively,and the two processed products were analyzed by cluster analysis(CA)and principal component analysis(PCA).Results In the results of the characteristic map,6 common peaks were labeled with"Herba Ephedrae be Removed joints"and 10 common peaks were recorded for the"Ephedrae joints"samples.In the CA results,the two types of processed products were divided into two categories.The results of PCA showed that the three factors of 85.634%of the cumulative contribution rate were selected by"Herba Ephedrae be Removed joints",and the four main components of the ephedrae joints were 83.976%.Conclusion The HPLC characteristic map,PCA and CA results show that there is a significant difference between the two processed products,which proves that Ephedrae removes joints is necessary.
