硫酸锌联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Zinc Sulfate Combined With Mecobalamine in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨硫酸锌联合甲钴胺方案在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的治疗效果。方法选取2018年1-12月356例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,根据治疗方法分组,对照组(n=176)采用常规治疗方法,观察组(n=180)在此基础上给予硫酸锌联合甲钴胺治疗方案,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组与对照组临床总有效率分别为96.11%、89.20%,对比差异明显(P<0.05);观察组治疗后自觉症状评分、神经感觉传导速度、血清炎症因子改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硫酸锌联合甲钴胺效果明显,可有效提高糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of zinc sulfate combined with mecobalamine in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods From January to December 2018, 356 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided according to the treatment method. The control group(n=176) was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group(n=180) was given zinc sulfate combined with mecobalamine treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total clinical effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.11% and 89.20%, respectively. The difference was significant(P < 0.05).After treatment, the observation group’s consciousness symptom score, neurosensory conduction velocity, and serum inflammatory factor improvement were better than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Zinc sulphate combined with mecobalamin has obvious effects and can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
