Investigation and Analysis on the Use of Special Solvent Drugs in the PIVAS

目的分析静配中心附专用溶剂药品管理使用情况,为静配中心与临床安全用药提供参考。方法查看2018年10-12月静配中心附专用溶剂药品说明书及包装盒,收集附专用溶剂药品储藏、配置、用药过程出现的问题并加以分析。结果静配中心药品共198种,其中附专用溶剂药品11种。不同药品所附专用溶剂组成成分不同,部分药品的专用溶剂成分未标示。附专用溶剂药品存在专用溶剂与药品包装相似,效期不一致,储藏条件不同,从而造成附专用溶剂药品在储藏、配置、使用过程容易出现问题,增加患者用药风险。结论附专用溶剂药品占静配中心药品比例小,在使用过程存在安全隐患,应该提高警惕,防患未然,保证患者的安全用药。

Objective To analyze the use of solvent drug management in the PIVAS to provide reference for the clinical safety medication and the PIVAS. Methods Check the instructions and packing boxes of special solvents attached to the PIVAS from October to December 2018, collected and analyzed the storage, disposition and problems in the process of medication of special solvents attached to the PIVAS. Results There were 198 kinds of medicines in the PIVAS, including 11 kinds of special solvent drugs. The specific solvent components of different drugs were different, and the specific solvent components of individual drugs were not indicated. Special solvent with special solvent was similar to pharmaceutical packaging. The validity period was inconsistent and the storage conditions were different. As a result, the special solvent drug was stored,configured and easy to use during use, increasing the risk of drug use. Conclusion The proportion of drugs with special solvents in the PIVAS is small, and there are safety hazards in the use process. We should be vigilant and prevent problems before they occur, and ensure the safe use of drugs by patients.
