门诊大讲堂对胃食管反流病患者健康教育认知效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析门诊大讲堂对胃食管反流病患者健康教育认知的效果,为临床护理管理者提供健康管理对策。方法选取某三级甲等综合性医院消化内科门诊2017年7月-2018年6月就诊的食管反流患者80例,按随机数字法分为常规组和观察组各40例,常规组患者采用常规健康教育方式,观察组患者在常规基础上采用门诊大讲堂的健康教育方式,比较两组患者健康教育认知度和满意度的差异。结果患者健康教育认知度中,观察组患者健康教育认知度和满意度均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊大讲堂对胃食管反流患者健康教育认知起到积极作用,护理管理者应积极开展门诊大讲堂健康教育,提高患者健康教育的认知能力,提升患者的满意度。 Objective To analyze the effect of outpatient lecture hall on health education awareness of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease, and to provide health management countermeasures for clinical nursing managers. Methods Eighty patients with esophageal reflux from July 2017 to June 2018 in the outpatient department of digestive medicine of a tertiary general hospital were selected and randomly divided into routine group and observation group with 40 cases in each group. Patients in routine group were given routine health education, while patients in observation group were given health education in outpatient lecture hall on the basis of routine. The awareness and satisfaction of health education between the two groups were compared. Results The awareness and satisfaction of health education in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Outpatient lecture hall plays an active role in health education awareness of patients with gastroesophageal reflux. Nursing managers should actively carry out health education in outpatient lecture hall to improve patients’ cognitive ability of health education and patients’ satisfaction.
