老年糖尿病患者居家护理干预应用效果分析

Nursing Effect of Home Care Intervention in Elderly Patients With Diabetes Mellitus and Its Influence on Compliance

目的探讨居家护理干预在老年糖尿病患者中的护理效果及对依从性的影响研究。方法选取我社区2016年4月-2018年3月期间管理的老年糖尿病患者120例,将其作为研究对象随机分为两组,对照组和研究组,分别为60例。对照组进行常规性的护理,研究组在对照组基础上对患者进行居家护理干预,对两组患者干预期间依从性、血糖控制情况以及患者生活质量进行分析。结果研究组依从性评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者各血糖指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过合理科学的居家护理干预在老年糖尿病患者中的护理效果得到了很大的改善,依从性也有了很大的提高,提升了患者的自身护理水平,有效地减少了患者其他并发症的发生,从而提高了生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of home care intervention on elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and its impact on compliance. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus managed in our community from April 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups: control group and study group, 60 cases respectively. The control group received routine nursing care, and the study group underwent home care intervention on the basis of the control group. Results The compliance score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The blood glucose index of the study group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The nursing effect of elderly patients with diabetes has been greatly improved through rational and scientific home nursing intervention. The compliance has also been greatly improved, the patient’s own care level has been improved, and other complications of patients have been effectively reduced., thereby improving the quality of life.
