QQ群对妊娠糖尿病患者出院后自主管理的效果研究

Effect Study of QQ Group in Self-administration of GDM Patients after Discharge

目的探讨利用QQ群平台对GDM患者出院后进行延续护理,通过对患者GDM知识掌握情况及血糖情况进而评估GDM患者出院后的自主管理效果。方法将92例GDM患者随机分成对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规系统的健康教育,试验组在此基础上纳入GDM患者QQ群并在出院后继续进行持续性的交流宣教。比较两组患者对GDM知识的掌握情况及空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖情况,进而评估QQ群管理对GDM患者出院后的自主管理作用效果。结果干预前试验组和对照组的糖尿病问卷得分和空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖没有显著性差异,干预后试验组的糖尿病问卷得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖的改善效果也显著提高。结论使用QQ群管理对GDM患者出院后的自主管理是有效的。

Objective To explore the effect of QQ group management for continuous nursing after discharge from GDM patients, then to evaluate the self-administration effect of GDM patients after discharge from the GDM knowledge. Methods 92 GDM patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given general system health education. The experimental group was included in the GDM patient QQ group for continued to communicate and educate on the basis of the control group. By comparing the scores of diabetes questionnaires between the control group and experimental group before and after intervention, the patients’ knowledge of GDM knowledge was judged, and then the effect of QQ group management on the self-management effect of GDM patients after discharge was evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of the diabetes questionnaire and fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose between the experimental group and the control group before the intervention. After the intervention, the scores of the diabetes questionnaire in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The improvement effect of fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose was also significantly improved. Conclusion The use of QQ group management is effective for self-administration of GDM patients after discharge.
