老龄通航训练飞机机体结构损伤初探

Cessna172飞机是中国民航飞行学院初级教练机队的主力机型,自引进以来已经在高的年利用率下运行超过10年,目前均已进入老龄期。本文主要研究Cessna172飞机老龄化结构损伤检查,分析老龄飞机机体结构损伤典型问题,探索适用的维护对策与办法,对老龄飞机维修提出针对性建议,对通航行业老龄化飞机的维护保养及安全运行起到积极借鉴作用。

Cessna 172 aircraft is the main model of the fleet of first-time teachers of Civil Aviation Flight University of China.Since its introduction,Cessna 172 aircraft has been operating for more than ten years under the high annual utilization rate,and has entered an aging period.This paper mainly studies the problem of Cessna 172 aircraft aging structure inspection,analyses the typical problems of aging aircraft body structure damage,explores the appropriate maintenance countermeasures and methods,puts forward targeted recommendations for the maintenance of aging aircraft,and plays an active guiding role in the maintenance and safe operation of aging aircraft in the navigation industry.
