GO/TiO2的制备及对喹啉光降解研究

摘要 通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2及氧化石墨烯二氧化钛(GO/TiO2)粉体,借助X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜以及比表面积分析,对其晶体结构、表面形貌以及元素组成晶型表征,并用对喹啉的光解效果来评价其对氮杂环类化合物的光催化性能。实验结果表明:制得的TiO2和GO/TiO2均为锐钛矿结构,晶粒尺寸分别为13.7nm和10.7nm,均达到纳米级;GO/TiO2比纯TiO2对喹啉的降解更高,80min后对浓度100mg/L喹啉的光解可达到26.4%,曝气后效率更高。 Titanium dioxide and graphene oxide titanium dioxide (GO/ TiO2) powders were prepared by sol-gel method.The crystal structure,surface morphology and elemental composition of the powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and specific surface area analysis.Their photocatalytic properties for nitrogen heterocyclic compounds were evaluated by photodegradation of quinoline.The results show that the prepared TiO2 and GO/ TiO2 have anatase structure,and their particle sizes are 13.7 and 10.7 nm,respectively,reaching nanometer level.The degradation of quinoline of GO/ TiO2 is higher than that of pure TiO2.After 80 minutes,the photolysis of 100 mg/L quinoline can reach 26.4%,and the efficiency is higher after aeration.
