摘要
医用一次性无纺布口罩在天气炎热或长时间佩戴时产生闷热潮湿、过敏等问题,设计对口罩内侧的无纺布进行凉感整理,探讨了凉感整理剂用量、浸渍时间、烘干温度对接触凉感值(即Qmax值)、气流阻力、合成血穿透时间(喷射直至渗透时间)等指标的影响。结果表明:在凉感整理剂用量28g/L、浸渍时间35 min、烘干温度65℃时,处理效果最佳,Qmax值为0.482W/cm^2,气流阻力为294.8 Pa,合成血穿透时间为2.4s;相比未处理的口罩,Qmax值提高了3.38倍,合成血穿透时间延长了两倍,气流阻力提高了67%,符合GB 19083—2010《医用防护口罩技术标准》的要求,并且实现了口罩内侧的凉感效应。
Medical disposable non-woven mask produced hot,humid and allergic problems in hot weather or wearing for a long time,so the cool finishing were carried out on the non-woven inside mask.The effects of the dosage of coolant,impregnation time and drying temperature on the contact coolness (Qmax),airflow resistance and synthetic blood penetration time (the time from injection to penetration) were discussed.The results showed that when the dosage of cool finishing agent was 28 g/Lf impregnation time was 35 min and drying temperature was 65℃,the treatment effect was the best.The Qmax value was 0.482 W/cm^2,the airflow resistance was 294.8 Pa,and the synthetic blood penetration time was 2.4 s.Compared with untreated masks,the Qmax value increased by 3.38 times,the synthetic blood penetration time increased by two times,and the airflow resistance increased by 67%,which met the requirements of GB 19083-2010 "Technical Standard for Medical Protective Masks",and realized the cooling effect on the inside of masks.
