颞浅筋膜瓣复合双侧真皮片移植治疗中下部半侧颜面萎缩的临床应用

Clinical Application of Superficial Temporal Fascia Combined with Bilateral Dermal Flap Transplantation in the Treatment of Middle and Lower Half Facial Atrophy

目的评价颞浅筋膜瓣复合双侧真皮片带蒂移植治疗中下部半侧颜面萎缩的临床效果。方法收集2011年2月至2017年2月采用颞浅筋膜瓣复合双层真皮片移植的方法治疗中下面部半侧颜面萎缩的患者9例,男4例,女5例,年龄16~29岁,平均年龄22.4岁,术后观察随访1年以上观察疗效。结果9例患者手术均顺利完成,术后伤口均一期愈合,未出现血肿感染,患者均接受了1年以上的随访,颜面萎缩凹陷的形态均获得了明显的改善,且供区伤口瘢痕隐蔽不明显。结论颞浅筋膜瓣复合双层真皮片带蒂移植可以有效填充中下部半侧颜面萎缩的软组织凹陷,改善面部形态。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of superficial temporal fascia combined with bilateral dermal flap pedicle transplantation in the treatment of middle and lower half facial atrophy.Methods From February 2011 to February 2017, 9 patients( 4 males and 5 females,aged 16-29,average age 22.4) with middle and lower half facial atrophy and treated with superficial temporal fascia combined with bilateral dermal flap pedicle transplantation were collected.The postoperative observation and follow-up was more than 1 year so as to observe the effect.Results All the 9 patients underwent surgery successfully and the wounds healed in the first stage without hematoma and infection.The patients were all followed up for more than 1 year.The hollow morphology of the face atrophy was improved obviously,and the scar in the donor site was hidden.Conclusion The superficial temporal fascia combined with bilateral dermal flap pedicle transplantation can effectively fill the soft tissue depression of the middle and lower half of the face and ameliorate the facial morphology.
