泮托拉唑治疗消化道溃疡合并出血对患者胃肠激素水平和凝血功能的影响

Effects of Pantoprazole on Gastrointestinal Hormone and Coagulation Function in Patients with Gastrointestinal Ulcer Complicated with Bleeding

目的分析泮托拉唑治疗消化道溃疡合并出血对患者胃肠激素水平和凝血功能的影响。方法选取我院2015年12月至2018年3月收治的消化道溃疡合并出血患者88例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用血凝酶单独药物治疗,观察组患者采用泮托拉唑联合血凝酶治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组患者总有效率为90.91,对照组为72.73%,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者胃肠激素、凝血功能指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者CCK水平高于对照组,GAS、MTL、凝血指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泮托拉唑治疗消化道溃疡合并出血疗效显著,可减少出血量,改善胃肠激素水平和凝血功能。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of pantoprazole on gastrointestinal hormone and coagulation function in patients with gastrointestinal ulcer complicated with bleeding.Methods 88 patients with gastrointestinal ulcer complicated with bleeding treated in our hospital from December 2015 to March 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods.The patients in the control group were treated with hemagglutinin alone,while the patients in the observation group were treated with pantoprazole combined with hemagglutinin.The clinical effects after treatment of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 90.91% in the observation group and 72.73% in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood loss between the two groups( P>0.05).After treatment,the amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group( P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gastrointestinal hormone and coagulation function between the two groups( P>0.05).After treatment,the level of CCK in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while GAS,MTL and coagulation index,were lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05).Conclusion Pantoprazole is effective in the treatment of gastrointestinal ulcer complicated with bleeding.Pantoprazole can reduce the amount of bleeding and improve gastrointestinal hormones and coagulation function.
