妈妈禁毒联盟是以“关爱生命、呵护家庭”为目标,由广大妇女携手组成的禁毒公益组织,在湖湘地区开创了全国之最,呈现出日常、过程、典型等不同断面状态的模式;从社会解组理论、社会凝聚理论、犯罪共通理论视角分析了对未成年人毒品犯罪所发挥的社会预防内在机理与外在动力,宏微结合完整剖析其作用过程与内在逻辑;创新的经验与启发为:未成年人毒品犯罪社会预防探寻自我特色道路,激活新力量使得社会柔性治理的民间力量崛起,坚定文化自信促进本土文化转化与创新发展。

The Mother Anti-Drug Alliance is an anti-drug public welfare organization with the goal of “caring for life, caring for the family”. The anti-drug public welfare organization formed by the majority of women has created the most national model in the Hunan area, showing daily, process, typical and other different sections. The theory of social disorganization, the theory of social cohesion, and the theory of criminal commonality analyze the internal mechanism and external motivation of social prevention played by juvenile drug crimes., the macro and micro are combined to analyze the process and internal logic. The experience and inspiration of innovation: the social prevention of juvenile drug crimes explores the road of self-characteristics, activates new forces to make the civil power of social flexible governance rise, and strengthens cultural self-confidence to promote the transformation and innovation of local culture.
