摘要
作为人类一种重要的思维活动,价值判断对个体的重要性不言而喻,犯罪人是否犯罪、选择实施什么犯罪与价值判断高度关联。研究罪犯的价值判断对挖掘其违法犯罪动机和寻找适当的教育矫正方法具有重要意义。以价值判断的垂直空间隐喻为切入点,对100名财产类罪犯和二学位试点班学生的价值判断进行测查。结果表明罪犯对“负性价值词在下”的隐喻联结较弱,相较于二学位学生,更重视“自由、名誉、财富”。基于测查结果,需要增强罪犯“负性价值词在下”的隐喻联结,进一步细化教育矫正分类,加强罪犯的教育感化及释放后的社会控制,预防再犯。
Value judgment, as an important thinking activity of human beings, it's importance to individuals is self-evident, whether criminals commit crimes and choose which crimes to commit are highly correlated. Studying the value judgment of criminals is of great significance for tapping the motives of illegal crimes and finding appropriate educational correction methods. Taking the vertical spatial metaphor of value judgment as the entry point, the value judgment of 100 property criminals and second degree pilot students was tested. The results show that criminals have a weaker metaphor for “negative value words under the vertical space”, and they pay more attention to ”freedom, reputation, and wealth “than second - degree students. Based on the survey results, it is necessary to enhance the metaphorical connection of criminals”negative value words under the vertical space”, to further refine the classification of education corrections, strengthen the educational influence of criminals and social control after release, and prevent recidivism.
