网络社会背景下群体性事件的演变机理

The Evolution Mechanism of Group Events in the Network Society

网络社会对群体性事件的演变机理具有结构性的影响,并对其形成机理、发展机理、变异机理和终结机理四大机理产生作用力。网络社会群体性事件的生成是由于地方性偶发事件,但其爆发则离不开各类社会精英人士的参与和动员,尤其受知识精英、网络推手等的话语影响。网络社会群体性事件的发展机理是快速“情绪感染—群体极化—马太效应”的线性过程,民众的观点和态度在情绪感染和利益波及下开展交流互通。网络社会群体性事件的发展过程中既有正常的作用机理,也有异常因素介入导致变异机理开始启动并影响事件的发展,其中符号化认知和传播异化是最具代表性的两种异常因素。终结机理需要主框架的建构,主框架意味着各方主体对于事件的产生、发展、走向等已经有了清晰的认识,对于应对导火索有了明确的方案,对于利益分配、情绪慰抚、价值表达等都有了较为合理妥当的框架性安排。

The network society has a structural impact on the evolution mechanism of mass events, and exerts its influence on the formation mechanism, development mechanism, mutation mechanism and termination mechanism. The generation of network social group events is due to local incidents, but its outbreak is inseparable from the participation and mobilization of various social elites, especially by the discourse of intellectual elites and network promoters.The development mechanism of mass social group events is a linear process of rapid “emotional infection-group polarization-Matthew effect”. People’s views and attitudes communicate with each other under emotional infections and interests.In the process of the development of the event, there are both normal interaction mechanism, and the intervention of abnormal factors leads to the initiation of the mechanism of variation and affects the development of events. Symbolic cognition and dissemination alienation are the two most representative abnormal factors. The final mechanism requires the construction of the main framework. The main framework means that the parties have a clear understanding of the emergence, development, and direction of the event, the fuse have a clear plan for dealing with, the distribution of benefits, emotional comfort, and value expressions and so on have a more reasonable and appropriate framework arrangement.
