高校学生社团的交往伦理探析

A Preliminary Study on Communication Ethics of College Student Associations

高校学生社团交往的交往伦理是指两个社团之间,围绕特定目的,在相互尊重与平等的基础上,通过交流往来形成的一种普遍性伦理原则。它的基本原则包括自由自主原则、平等公正原则和诚实守信原则。当前,高校学生社团交往存在三个方面的伦理问题,具体表现为行政权力对自由自主原则的侵害、交往双方关系的不平等以及社团恶性竞争引发的诚信危机等。构建社团交往伦理必须要变革社团组织模式,推动伦理规范的“制度化”,培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观,营造和谐的社团交往环境。

The communication ethics of college student associations refers to a universal ethical principle formed through communication between two associations based on mutual respect and equality for specific purposes.It is based on the principles including freedom and autonomy,equality and justice,honesty and trustworthiness.At present,there are three ethical problems in the association of university student societies,which are embodied in the violation of the principle of freedom and autonomy by administrative power,the inequality of the relationship between two parties in the association,and the credibility crisis caused by vicious competition between the associations.In order to construct the ethics of association,it is necessary to change the organization mode of association,promote the“institutionalization” of ethical norms,cultivate and promote the socialist core values and create a harmonious environment for association.
