应用型创新创业人才培养探索——新建本科院校的二次定位与转型 被引量:5

摘要 致力于转化性、嫁接性的应用创新应成为新建本科院校创新创业人才培养目标的新定位,这是由新经济时代的要求和新建本科院校的校情决定的。这一定位为新建本科院校的“变轨超车”提供了可能。新建本科院校应用型创新创业人才的基本内涵与特征是把握理论知识到技术的转化性“应用”,瞄准产业中端,注重“转化性、嫁接性”创新创业。为此,新建本科院校应转变办学理念,修订人才培养方案,建设课程体系,搭建校企合作、产学研融合的平台,构建鼓励应用和创新的学业评价标准和体系,打造一支具有改革创新意识和能力的教师队伍。 It is determined by the requirements of the new economic era and the conditions of the newlyestablished undergraduate colleges and universities that the application innovation devoted to transformation and grafting should become the new orientation of the training objectives of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities.This positioning makes it possible for the newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities to overtake.The basic connotation and characteristics of applied innovative entrepreneurship talents in newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities are to grasp the transformational“application”from theoretical knowledge to technology, aim at the middle end of the industry,and pay attention to“transformational and grafting”innovative entrepreneurship.Therefore,new undergraduate colleges and universities should change their school-running ideas,revise their talent training programs,build curriculum system,build a platform for school-enterprise cooperation and industry-university-research integration,encourage the application and innovation of academic evaluation standards and systems and build a team of teachers with innovation awareness and ability.
