摘要
[目的]调查男护生的专业价值观现状,并分析其影响因素.[方法]自2017年3月至5月间,利用便利抽样方法选取吉林省4所护理院校的159名男护生作为研究对象,调查其人际关系、学习适应性及专业价值观.[结果]男护生人际关系总均分为7.55±5.55,学习适应性总均分为177.48±29.27,专业价值观总均分为116.16±22.13.男护生的专业价值观与人际关系呈负相关(r=-0.16,P<0.05),与学习适应性呈正相关(r=-0.41,P<0.01).人际关系和学习适应性可解释变异量的18%,为男护生专业价值观的预测指标.[结论]男护生的人际交往能力和学习适应性需提高,以树立正确的专业价值观.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of professional values of male nursing students and analyze their influencing factors. METHODS From March to May 2017, 159 male nursing students from 4 nursing colleges in Jilin province were selected as research objects by convenience sampling method to investigate their interpersonal relationship, learning adaptability and professional values. RESULTS The total mean score of interpersonal relationship, learning adaptability, and professional values were 7.55±5.55, 177.48±29.27, and 116.16±22.13 respectively. The professional values of male nursing students were negatively correlated with interpersonal relationship(r=-0.16, P<0.05), and positively correlated with learning adaptability(r=0.41, P<0.01). The interpersonal relationship and learning adaptability could explain 18% of the variance, which was a predictor of professional values of male nursing students. CONCLUSION The interpersonal skills and learning adaptability of male nursing students should be improved to establish correct professional values.
