2015—2016年吉林省龙井市食源性疾病监测分析

摘要 [目的]调查2015-2016年吉林省龙井市食源性疾病发生情况.[方法]按照2015-2016年《国家食源性疾病监测工作手册》中规定的检测技术要求进行检验,所检出的阳性菌株均报延边朝鲜族自治州疾病预防控制中心及吉林省疾病预防控制中心进行复核.[结果]食源性疾病高发月份为4,11月,第2,3,4季度病例数均较多,占77.43%;病例中儿童居多,占43.40%;引起食源性疾病的主要场所为家庭,占95.49%;可疑食品中肉及肉制品87例,水果类及制品67例.[结论]加强对吉林省龙井市居民的卫生健康宣传,普及食源性疾病预防与治疗知识,加强对餐饮经营场所的卫生监督力度. OBJECTIVE To investigate the occurrence of food borne diseases in Longjing city of Jilin province from 2015 to 2016. METHODS According to the testing technical requirements stipulated in the national manual for the monitoring of food borne diseases from 2015 to 2016, all positive strains detected were reported to the center for disease control and prevention of Yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture and the center for disease control and prevention of Jilin province for review. RESULTS The high incidence of food borne diseases occurred in April and November, and the number of cases in the second, third and fourth quarters was relatively high, accounting for 77.43%. Most of the cases were children, accounting for 43.40%. The main site of foodborne diseases was the family, accounting for 95.49%. Among suspect foods, there were 87 cases of meat and meat products and 67 cases of fruit products. CONCLUSION The health publicity of Longjing residents, popularize the knowledge of food borne disease prevention and treatment, and strengthen the health supervision of catering establishments should be strengthened.
