摘要
在基因表达调控层面,利用转录组学技术系统分析针灸治疗疾病差异表达因子及生物学机制,将有助于从整体上明确针灸特异性病理、生理调节特征,并可能从针灸临床效应中发现新的生物学现象和医学发展线索。为此,需要选择确有临床疗效的针灸治疗方法,通过设置合理对照,以科学可信的方案发现针对疾病调控的差异表达因子,并验证和明确针灸疗法的特异性生物学机制。从针灸效应物质基础研究出发,全面阐释针灸机理,将可能有助于进一步提升针灸的临床疗效,并引领学科正确发展,也有可能在未来以药物活性小分子(针灸药)的形式反哺临床。
The systematic analysis of differential expression factors and biological mechanisms in acupuncture treatment at the level of gene expression regulation will help to clarify the specific pathophysiological characteristics of acupuncture, and it is possible to find new biological phenomenon and medical development clues from clinical effects of acupuncture. Therefore, it is necessary to select acupuncture treatment methods showing clinical efficacy, set up reasonable controls to identify differential expression factors with scientific and credible programs, and clarify the specific biological mechanism of acupuncture treatment. A comprehensive explanation of the mechanism based on the study of material basis of acupuncture effect will help to improve the clinical effect, guide the correct development of the subject and it may contribute to the clinic with the form of drug-active small molecules(acupuncture medicine) in the future.
