Wang Yiqin’s clinical experience in treating hypertension

介绍王忆勤教授运用中医药治疗高血压病的临床经验。认为高血压病不仅与肝、脾、肾有关,与肺也有一定的关系;临床辨治强调析病机、补肾平肝,顾脾胃、益气利水,和血脉、理气活血,重起居、身动心静;常用药物为天麻、沙苑子、白蒺藜、牛膝、三七、丹参等。并附验案1则。

This paper introduces Wang Yiqin’s clinical experience in the treatment of hypertension with Chinese medicine. It is considered that hypertension is not only related to the liver, the spleen and the kidney, but also related to the lung. The treatment should be focused on differentiating pathogenesis, reinforcing the kidney and calming the liver, protecting the function of the spleen and stomach, replenishing qi and promoting drainage of fluid, harmonizing blood and meridians, regulating qi and activating blood circulation. The patients should also pay attention to their living style, exercising their bodies and keeping their minds calm. The commonly used herbs are Tianma(Rhizoma Gastrodiae), Shayuanzi(Semen Astragali Complanati), Baijili(Fructus Tribuli), Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae), Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng), Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae), etc. And one proven case is presented.
