大黄穴位敷贴防治盐酸羟考酮所致便秘的临床观察

Clinical observation of Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) with acupoint application in preventing and treating constipation caused by Oxycodone Hydrochloride

目的观察大黄穴位敷贴防治盐酸羟考酮所致便秘的临床疗效。方法将70例首次口服盐酸羟考酮缓释片止痛的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组不予便秘预防性治疗,试验过程中若出现便秘则采用乳果糖口服溶液对症处理;治疗组在对照组干预措施的基础上,试验开始即给予大黄穴位敷贴(神阙穴),直至疗程结束。两组试验周期均为10天,观察便秘的发生率,比较便秘症状评分的变化情况。结果①治疗组、对照组便秘的发生率分别为57.1%、80.0%,治疗组便秘发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。②组间治疗后比较,便秘患者排便困难评分及便秘症状总评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大黄穴位敷贴可降低盐酸羟考酮所致便秘的发生率,并能改善便秘患者的便秘症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Dahuang(Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) with acupoint application in preventing and treating constipation caused by Oxycodone Hydrochloride. Methods Seventy patients of malignant tumors, who were firstly orally treated with Oxycodone Hydrochloride sustained release tablets for relieving pain, were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with no preventive treatment for constipation, and lactulose oral solution was used for symptomatic treatment when constipation during the trial. On the basis of the intervention for the control group, the treatment group was treated with Dahuang by acupoint application at Shenque(CV 8) from the beginning until the end of trial. The treatment course of both groups was 10 days. The incidence of constipation was observed, and the scores of constipation symptoms were compared. Results ①The incidence rate of constipation was 57.1% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group. The incidence rate of constipation in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.(P<0.05).②After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the score of defecation difficulty and the total score of constipation symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion Dahuang with acupoint application can reduce the incidence of constipation caused by Oxycodone Hydrochloride, and improve the constipation symptoms of patients.
